Making an Entrance: Your Grand Entrance!
The Grand Entrance is the first event that the Guest of Honor participates in. It a great opportunity for family and friends to support the guest of honor. This sets the tone for entire night. It is essential that the event is timed correctly.
1.) Scheduling: Decide what time you want the dancing to begin and add an hour to the event. Plan on beginning dancing at 7pm, put on the invitations to arrive at 6pm. The extra time will give the teens extra time to strangle in. A lot of teens are not on time. Plan Accordingly!
2.) Match the Grand Entrance with the theme. The Grand Entrance states what type of event you will have, therefore it should match the theme. Have a formal event get a red carpet runner. Contact me your theme and I’ll respond with the Grand Entrance Match!
3.) Transition into the next event. When you just plan nothing, the energy dies! Transitions can be the Father/ Daughter Dance, a Girls dance, or a trivial game about the Sweet16 daughter!
